• Attention: Customers who bought special reserved seating and seats in the regular stands with a guidebook included in the price of their ticket, said guidebook will be handed out to you at the gate.
• There is a limited amount of time between reserved seating time sets, therefore your cooperation is required to exit and/or take your seats in the prescribed time following. Guests at the Odori Nanboku Parade Ground have within 10 minutes to vacate or take their seats. Guests at the Odori Park West 8 Chome Stage have 20 minutes to vacate or take their seats.
• Due to the precarious nature of outdoor events, your attention is drawn to the fact that there will be no refunds or exchanges as a result of weather conditions (read as rain) or acts of God (read as earthquakes!)
• Use of camera tripods is prohibited and unfortunately, in the unlikely event of rain, umbrellas are also prohibited so please bring along a rain coat if rain is threatening.
• Your cooperation is appreciated in keeping the aisles clear and there is to be no standing on the seats or in the aisles.
